Then look no further, we have an exceptional opportunity waiting for you as a Client Services Manager for individuals with intellectual/developmental and/or physical disabilities in their home and community.

The Client Services Manager (CSM) ensures the delivery of high quality services by participating in and supervising the residential and community based direct support of clients in the Lakeview Supported Living Services network.  The position is primarily field based and reports to the Associate Director of Client Services (and Director of Client Services as needed). The responsibilities of the Client Services Manager may include, but are not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining a strong rapport with clients.
  • Supporting clients via scheduled shifts, errands, appointments and enrichment activities.
  • Conducting Meet and Greets (introductions), initial and ongoing training for both new and existing Support Staff.
  • Supervising Support Staff and providing feedback to the Associate Director of Client Services (ADCS) and Director of Client Services (DCS) regarding the quality and performance of support.
  • Assisting the ADCS and DCS with scheduling Support Staff into shifts.
  • Providing the ADCS and DCS with client specific input for internal and external client team meetings.
  • Assisting the ADCS and DCS with office and field based tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the Support Plan for each client.
  • Participation in an On-Call: Supervisor/Responder rotation.


$16.00 per hour or more depending on experience.  Opportunity for performance based increases and/or bonuses.

Required Availability:

Monday - Friday and every other weekend, 1:00pm - 9:00pm, with one optional weekday off and participation in an On-Call: Supervisor/Responder rotation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of Health Care, Social Services or Direct Support experience or related college level courses.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Caregiver Background Check.
  • A valid driver's license with personal transportation that is reliable and insured.
  • A smartphone with suitable voice and data plan for daily calls, email and internet usage.
